Title: AN ACT TO REQUIRE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF EVERY COUNTY TO ADOPT SUCH ORDINANCES OR REGULATIONS AS MAY BE NECESSARY TO REGULATE THE MINIMUM ALTITUDE OF AIR TRAFFIC OVER REAL PROPERTY ADJACENT TO PRIVATE AIRPORTS OR TO REQUIRE THE OWNERS OF PRIVATE AIRPORTS TO OBTAIN AN EASEMENT FROM ADJOINING PROPERTY OWNERS IN ORDER TO OPERATE BELOW FIVE HUNDRED FEET; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
